Environmental policy


Dan Cargo offers transport and logistics solutions that are as environmentally sound as possible within the framework of the prevailing market conditions. Dan Cargo seeks to ensure that the company does not contribute unnecessarily to pollution of the environment.

Environmental aspects must be considered in all decision making. In principle we always take an environmentally-friendly approach, both within the company and in regard to our customers, suppliers and business partners.
This environmental policy also applies to administrative and physical processes.

Dan Cargo does its best to use environmentally-friendly products in connection with in-house goods handling. All machinery and equipment must run on electricity, including forklifts.

On participating in freight and logistics tendering and when advising customers and planning our own transport solutions we will, to the greatest possible extent, use the transport solutions with the least possible impact on the environment.

When on Dan Cargo property, vehicle engines must be turned off (no idling). To ensure the best possible conditions for recycling, waste is carefully sorted before disposal.
