How goods are handled on receipt is crucial to ensuring high quality further up the value chain. So Dan Cargo considers this activity to be a major focus area. All goods arriving at Dan Cargo’s warehouse are checked and registered in the Stock Management System.

Products with EAN labels are scanned, giving us full traceability throughout the value chain. Dan Cargo provides its own label to products without an EAN label.

All goods receipt information is sent to the customer via EDI, e-mail or fax on an ongoing basis. This information is also available on Dan Cargo’s website.

Any deviations are dealt with immediately and the customer is informed.

Dan Cargo can receive goods on pallets, as mixed cargo and with manual unloading of containers.
